The flat is located in a quiet neighborhood in the city center offering a serene escape for our guests. Enjoy the convenience of being just 10 minutes away from the iconic Eagles Bridge and Eagles Bridge metro station, granting you easy access to all city attractions.
• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! 🙂

As an Italian working in Sofia, I came to the city many times and tried as many Airbnbs, and I can definitely say that Vasilena's flat is one of the best ones I've had the pleasure to live in! The spaces are big, the furniture (specially of kitchen and bathroom) is new, and everything was clean - the communication with the host was fast and nice too. Even the position in the city is one of the nicest: we're close to the centre (we can walk there) but not exactly inside of it, and this saves your ears at night xD I'll definitely book again!
