Our cosy and carefully decorated one-bedroom flat in the heart of the city is now ready to welcome you for your ultimate Sofia experience.
The flats is located just around the corner to everything you would want to visit in the city - restaurants, theatres, city sights and stores. The apartment building is a cultural monument. The famous writer Stefan Kostov lived here.

The apartments layout consists of a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, one bedroom and full bathroom.
The living room is combined with the bedroom and features:

• clothing stand with hangers;
• TV with free Netflix and cable;
• air-conditioner.
The kitchen is equipped with:
• Fridge, oven and stoves;
• Various kitchen utensils;
• microwave;
• coffee machine and kettle.
There is a beautiful bathroom with a toilet, shower, washing sink with mirror and a lot of green plants.
The living room is combined with the bedroom and features:
• seating area with a sofa that can sleep 1;
• desk suitable for working;
• comfortable double bed;
• clothing stand with hangers;
• TV with free Netflix and cable;
• air-conditioner.
The kitchen is equipped with:
• Fridge, oven and stoves;

• The apartment is supplied with bed linens, towels and hotel cosmetics.

• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU!

Sehe gute Lage. Direkt neben einer Haltestelle der Straßenbahn und Busse, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten auch zu Fuß erreichbar.
