• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through the platform only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the check-in instruction.

Very nice apartment in the city center, close to supermarkets and few minutes away from the ideal city center and restaurants.

Perfect location for any tourist!! We’ve stayed for about a week at the place, we were very pleased with how the apartment looked, spotless clean and very comfortable, makes you feel exactly like home 🙂 The location was very convenient, you will find plenty of stores around you, right across the street you will have big store for souvenirs, next to the right another restaurant and meat shop and from the left ATM machine ( in case you need cash) bus stations were very easy to find , there is also BILLA near the place. Mainly it’s very convenient and easy to find, not far from the centre, we have planned for plenty of activities and travelling from and to was as easy as a whistle. The owner was very friendly and responsive whenever i asked for any information. We genuinely had a great time and looking forward to be back again! Definitely would recommend it

Жилището беше ОК, чувствах се като у дома,нищо не ми липсваше! Хората обаче с които комуникирах- НЕ!!! Била съм много пъти в Airbnb в чужбина и винаги са откликвали веднага и са ми помагали във всякакви ситуации, според мотото - "клиентът е крал"!Тук получаваш обаче едно студено и безразлично "sorry, не става".Ти си си платил вече и повече не ме занимавай с проблемите си,те не ме интересуват !- така го изтълкувах аз.Което е жалко, много жалко.А аз бях повече от половин месец там....
