This cozy and quiet one-bedroom apartment is a convenient choice for couples or individuals, looking for a fully equipped apartment. It is located in the old city and near a traditional market. 15 minutes away from the center of Sofia and 5 minutes from metro station. Being close to the most of major sights, it is a perfect place to discover Sofia.
This newly renovated apartment consists of 1 bedroom, living room with relaxing zone, kitchen, hall and bathroom. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with all necessary inventory for a longer stay.
The bedroom: Softly-colored and fully equipped room with 160x200cm. size bed and lots of storage place.
The living room: Relaxing zone with couch, dining table for 4 people, working desk with Smart TV and cozy terrace. The Living room is suitable to accommodate 1 more person.
The kitchen: fully equipped, including coffee machine and dishwasher.
The bathroom: Classical and clean Bulgarian bathroom

• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
