The apartment’s layout consists of one bedroom, one living room, connected with the kitchen, access to balcony and a bathroom with a WC.
The bedroom is furnished with:

• a wardrobe;
• darkening shades;
• drawers;
• lamp.
The living room provides:
• a comfortable extendable sofa bed;
• dining table for 5;
• coffee table;
• a flatscreen TV.
The kitchen is equipped with:
• fridge, oven and stoves;
• coffee machine and electric kettle;
• toaster;
• various kitchen utensils;
One of the bathrooms is also equipped with toilet, sink with a mirror and a shower.
The other bathroom has a sink and a toilet.

Lozenetz is one of Sofia’s most desirable and upscale neighborhoods, known for its leafy streets, elegant residences, and a perfect balance between urban convenience and a relaxed atmosphere. This quarter is characterized by its proximity to the city center, making it easy to explore Sofia’s cultural and historical sites.
• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! ?

Very cozy,bright and clean. There is everything one needs for comfortable stay. The communication with the owner is fast and effective. The access is easy and well explained in the guide.The location is perfect- calm neighbourhood and close to the city center. Highly recommended.
