Welcome to my spacious one bedroom apartment. It will provide everything you need when traveling with friends or with family. Located in a residential area, close to metro station and many other public transportation stops. Easy to arrive from the airport and even easier to get around the city!

Coming into this brand new apartment you will find the living room on your right and the bedroom on your left.
The living room is very bright and spacious – it has:
•a big sofa that can sleep two people;
•TV with cable channels
• air-conditioning
• balcony with view over the mountain and the city
On the other side of the room you will find a fully equipped kitchen. The dining area has comfortable leather chairs and can seat 6 people.
In the bedroom you will find:
• one single bed and one queen bed.
• wardrobe
• window blinds
• air-conditioning
The bathroom is also new and very clean. Here you’ll find the standard stuff – sink, toilet, and a shower.

Getting around is very easy here as you are located close to all types of public transport, including subway, tram and bus.
The area is residential and quiet. There are supermarkets, pharmacies and other useful amenities near by.
• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbours and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment like you found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! 🙂

Alles top. Man hat eine schöne Aussicht auf Sofia. Das Check-In lief problemlos. Leider war Schimmel in der Dusche.

A gem!!! Perfect place to stay in Sofia. So clean and spacious and has everything you need! Bed was comfy and the host was amazing. Detailed digital guide was great and we loved our stay. Host was so good at communication and helped us with flexible checkout. Really recommend!!! Small shop very close (not even 5 mins) which has everything you would need.
