The apartment’s layout consists of two bedrooms, one living room, connected with the kitchen and a bathroom.

• a dedicated working space;
• a wardrobe.
The living room provides:
• a comfortable extendable sofa bed;
• dining table for 4;
• coffee table;
• a flat screen TV.
The kitchen is equipped with:
• fridge, oven and stoves;
• coffee machine and electric kettle;
• various kitchen utensils.
The bathroom is also equipped with toilet, sink with a mirror and a shower.

• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.

• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU!

The location is very good. The apartment had everything you could need. Everything was good.

I really enjoyed the apartment; everything is thoughtfully designed, with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The apartment is located in a quiet and cozy neighborhood, making it an excellent choice for starting your journey in Sofia. There is plenty of storage space, which is convenient if you plan to stay for more than just a few days. However, it's worth noting that the apartment doesn’t have central heating, so it felt a bit chilly for us. Additionally, there’s no elevator, which might be important for some. The manager was always available and ready to assist, which was very reassuring. There are grocery stores, a metro station, and cafes nearby. We were satisfied with our stay and are happy to recommend this place.
