This cozy place is fully equipped with all the amenities needed even for a longer stay. The space consists of a spacious living room, an open-plan kitchen, 2 nice bedrooms, a bathroom and a lovely balcony to chill on.
Entering the apartment, in the corridor you will find a vacuum cleaner, ironing board, drying rack & intercom.
The living room features:
• extendable sofa bed- can sleep 1;
• coffee table;
• AC;
• flat screen TV;
• entrance to a cozy terrace equipped with coffee table and 2 chairs.
The kitchen is equipped with:
• oven with hot plates;
• fridge;
• dining table with 4 chairs;
• dishwasher;
• coffee machine;
• kettle;
• aspirator.
Bedroom 1 has:
• double bed;
• lineases;
• small wardrobe;
• dressing table.

Whether you’re here for business or leisure, you’ll find yourself conveniently located near shops, restaurants, cafes, and public transportation, ensuring that you can explore the city with ease.
• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! 🙂

Vasilena was super friendly and responsive at all times and checked in on us occasionally during our stay. The place was incredibly modern, clean and spacey and had everything we need available. There are super clear check in instructions in the form of a guide - something I've never seen in AirBNB so far, which I greatly appreciate. I will definitely stay there when Im back in Plovdiv!
