The apartment is brand new with very spacious rooms. This apartment has three bedrooms with a balcony to get some fresh air and relax.
The Living room has a balcony and a comfortable sofa to relax while you can watch TV and chill.
You also get a huge kitchen to prep & cook your meals with a large refrigerator & freezer to store your food too.
There is a bathroom and a separate toilet available.

You can use the entire apartment, but there are no communal areas in the building.
The building doesn’t have communal areas, but you are 5mins walk away from Alyosha Monument, where you can relax, walk, run or hike if you want to.

The neighbourhood is very safe, lovely, and full of life but calm at night.

Our stay at Konnie’s place was great. We had the perfect time to explore Plovdiv and rest from our days in the mountains. We felt like home and within 10 minutes walking we were at the heart of Plovdiv. Konnie was a great host by replying everything quickly and informing us about what we needed to know before we arrived. Highly recommended to anyone who want to enjoy all that Plovdiv has to offer!

The place is exactly as described and very well located to the old city center. 10 minutes walk to the main street and Kapana district. Free outdoor parking space. I can recommend the apartment for groups or families of 5-6 people.

Апартаментът е с добра локация, на пешеходно разстояние от Капана. Безплатното парко място точно до входа на сградата е голям плюс. За съжаление липсваха основни принадлежности и посуда в апартамента - нямаше еднократни чехли за ползване вътре, посудата е крайно недостатъчна за капацитета от гости, който апартаментът поема - няма достатъчно чаши, чинии, вилици, липсва кухненска хартия, салфетки, кърпите също са крайно недостатъчни. Като цяло сме доволни, но посетителите трябва да имат предвид липсите и да са предварително подготвени.
