• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! ?

The apartment is located right in the heart of Sofia. Everything you need is within walking distance with many restaurants and shops in the area. The apartment is great value and has everything you need! The check-in went smoothly and the hosts are very friendly and proactive! Overall it was a great experience to stay here!

Apartamento acogedor y bien aprovechado. Tenía elementos extra como espejos o baño inteligente, aunque es pequeño no faltaba de nada. No obstante, el apartamento estaba sucio en comparación a lo nuevo que parecía. Los espejos no estaban limpios en su totalidad, únicamente en las zonas visibles/accesibles; el suelo tenía algún trozo de suciedad pegado, seguramente de anteriores veces. Creemos que la cortina plegable que daba al baño debería haber funcionado de algún modo, por lo que tal vez estuviera estropeada. Además, el colchón de la cama estaba visible. El apartamento no estaba extremadamente sucio, pero sí mostraba signos de limpieza muy superficial y de mal mantenimiento, creemos que el apartamento es relativamente nuevo, por lo que ojalá mejoren en ese aspecto porque es un hogar con mucho potencial. Por lo demás, la experiencia de 10 a nivel ubicación, atención y experiencia con los complementos extra que ofrecía el apartamento. Muy recomendable para parejas.
