This stylish place is fully equipped with all the amenities needed even for a longer stay. The space consists of a spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen and a balcony, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a unique bedroom with a bathtub inside with access to the balcony.

University of Plovdiv is right next to the flat. The City garden & Singing fountains – Sinfonia are a 5 minutes walk from your doorstep. Kapana district and the Old Town are both a 10 min walk away. Both areas are filled with charming bars and restaurants and have many attractions worth the visit.
• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 11:00. Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! ?

We had a lovely stay over the weekend—the apartment is beautiful, peaceful, clean, and spacious, with a charming balcony that’s perfect for relaxing. You’ll find everything you need within a 10-minute walk—shops, pharmacies, and more. The location is great: just 15 minutes to the main shopping street and the Singing Fountains, and around 30 minutes on foot to Kapana or the Old Town if you feel like a nice walk. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Plovdiv, and I’d love to stay here again.

Location was nice. Furniture is very nice. Beds are comfy. Everything is clean as a whistle. Just a weird thing ( not necessarily in a bad way ) there is a bath tub next to the bedroom but there isnt a wall or a window which i found weird i guess but to each their own. All in all phenomenal place, 10/10 recommend

Широк модерен много чист апартамент, обзаведен с всичко необходимо за кратък или по- дългосрочен престой. На около 15 мин пеша от центъра на града .Апартамента разполага и с паркомясто, което е голям плюс. Препоръчвам!
