Welcome to our charming 1BD flat located in the beautiful Chayka neighborhood of Varna, just a stone's throw away from the renowned Sea Garden. This peaceful apart provides a comfortable and convenient stay for solo travelers, couples, or small families. The apartment features a well-appointed bedroom with a cozy queen-sized bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The living area includes a comfortable sofa, a dining table, and a flat-screen TV for your entertainment needs.
Cozy and comfortable apartment in a residential building in Chayka neighbourhood, Varna. On the 2nd floor , just across the Sea Garden. Lots of greenery around and close to the Sea and beaches. Free parking in front of the building. Perfect for up to 4 guests.

Clean and spotless bathroom with shower with basic toiletries on the house. Also fresh and clean bed linen provided for our guests.

• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.

Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.

• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.

• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! 🙂
