Our brand new designer apartment is ready to accommodate you during your adventure in Sofia! It is located on Vitosha Boulevard within few minutes walking distance of the pedestrian part. All of the cafes, bars, shops and sightseeing spots in the centre are very close and convenient to get to. At the same time the studio is fully equipped with everything needed and carefully furnished and decorated.

In the studio you will have a sleeping and sitting area, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom.
The common room features:

The kitchen is fully equipped with:
• fridge, microwave and stoves
• coffee machine and kettle
• various kitchen utensils
The bathroom is provided with a shower, toilet and sink with a mirror.

• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.

• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU!

La posizione dell alloggio è perfetta per visitare Sofia:palazzo della cultura e blv Vitosha a pochi metri,ristoranti,bar,market h24 a due passi,idem per fermata tram metro. Le istruzioni sono state precise e la descrizione corrispondente. Unica pecca è stata la pulizia superficiale della camera e del bagno. Molte cose sono logore e usurate come il letto(doghe rotte) o i vari cassetti o la tenda della doccia. Servirebbe solo qualche accortezza in più per rendere il tutto perfetto (tappeto bagno,appendini,qualche sedia in più per poggiare valigie ecc) Nel complesso siamo stati bene e consiglio l alloggio per qualche breve soggiorno.
