• Baby crib is available upon request for 20 EUR/stay.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.

vsetko bolo na jednotku, byt velmi vkusny, cisty, komunikacia s mjitelkou vyborna a fakt uplne v centre, uzili sme si to, vsetko je na dosah ruky a sme maximalne spokojni, sofia sa nam velmi paci, je to nadherne mesto isto sa vratime a opat cheme byvat tu. dakujeme

A very well presented, spacious apartment in a very good location just around the corner from the parliamentary buildings. Most of Sofia's points of interest and restaurants are within walking distance. The apartment is an easy 10 minute walk to Serdica Metro which will then take you to the central railway or bus station and vice versa. Don't take a Taxi from either the central railway or bus station as the drivers are way overpriced and praying on unsuspecting visitors. All in all a great stay and would unreservedly recommend this apartment.

El piso es muy pero que muy centrico, a 4’ hay un Billa y otras tiendas. La ubicación excelente. Los dos dormitorios uno muy bueno y grande, el otro más normalito, pero ambos buenos. La cocina estaba bien, aunque alguna sarten grande de más u otros instrumentos de mas no habrían estado mal. El baño muy grande y bonito, aunque la secadora no funcionaba y se paraba, (estaba en alemán). En general muy bien, por lo que pagamos lo recomendaría 100%.
