• Please note that the apartments are located on the 1st floor in the building with a really old elevator that we recommend you don’t use.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.

Quando arriverete non fatevi ingannare dallo spazio antistante il portone o dall'Androne del palazzo che sembrano vecchi e sporchi. Appena dentro l'appartamento vi sentirete subito a casa. La casa è bellissima , accogliente e curata nei minimi particolari . A parte essere molto bella è anche bel attrezzata . Come benvenuto ci hanno fatto trovare del vino e dei cioccolatini alle rose , cosa che abbiamo particolarmente gradito. La casa è fornita di ogni confort. Dai prodotti da hotel , alle accappatoio , alle ciabatte monouso. La cucina ha tutto: bollitore , macchina da caffè , microonde , forno , frigo e una serie di prodotti a dispisizione (caffè, the, camomilla, zucchero , ecc). Abbiamo apprezzato molto la presenza della lavatrice/asciugatrice: ciò permette di viaggiare leggeri e all'evenienza lavare ciò che serve. Zona ottima praticamente sopra alla metro di Serdica, quindi in centro e collegata direttamente all'aereoporto. Istruzioni per check in e check out perfette . Top top top

Lovely apartments in a great location, close to many shops, bars, restaurants and sights. Both apartments were very clean and had everything we could possibly need. The communication with the host was great, with him checking in with us to see how we were and if we needed anything. Highly recommend, would definitely stay here again if visiting Sofia!

I highly recommend this as a place to stay in Sofia. It located in the heart of Sofia city center, a few steps away from Serdika station. The hosts provide everything you need for a comfortable stay and even more. The place itself is divided into two units with separate doors but they are connected through an outdoor patio so your party doesn’t feel separated. The two bedroom unit is gorgeous and modern. The studio unit is warm and cozy.
