This is a 58 square meter apartment on the ground floor of a Sofia residential building.
The living room is spacious and leads to the bedroom. At your disposal is:
• a comfortable sofa (extends and can sleep additional 1 person) and coffee table;
• TV with cable channels;
• dining area.
The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. The espresso machine is here to serve you well.
In the bedroom, you have:
• wardrobes;
• 160 cm. wide double bed;
• work station/ desk;
The bathroom is fully equipped with shower, sink and toilet. Towels and hotel cosmetics will be provided.
The living room is spacious and leads to the bedroom. At your disposal is:
• a comfortable sofa (extends and can sleep additional 1 person) and coffee table;

Everything is within walking distance. The National Cultural Palace is just 10 min. walk. You can start walking one of the main streets in Sofia (Solunska Street) just in 2 min. distance from the apartment. Solunska Street has many great cafes, shops and restaurants. It will also lead you to Vitosha Street – the main pedestrian street in Sofia.
The Sofia Mall is at about 15 min. walk in case you need to do extra shopping.
Right next to the apartment you may find nice little shops. My favorite is the bio and organic shop on the corner with the boulevard. Wine shops, art shops, cafes, restaurants – all you need is at your step.

The apartment is in the Central Area, but this is a quiet street. In fact, there is a nice and beautiful monestery right on the other side of the street!
• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbours and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU!
