The apartment’s layout consists of 1 bedroom, a common area (living room and kitchen combined), one terrace, and one bathroom.
The common area provides:

• Parking on the streets in the area is paid (Blue Zone). Paid parking – 400 m away ( ul. “Stefan Stambolov” 34, 9000 Greek Neighborhood, Varna)
• The apartment is supplied with bed linens, towels, and hotel cosmetics.
• Apartment located on the 1st floor, with elevator or steps.
• Baby crib is available upon request, with an extra charge of 20€ / stay

Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.

Das nötigste was man braucht ist vorhanden ! Alles war sauber und generell in einem guten Zustand. Das Bett war super bequem und groß. Die Couch im Wohnzimmer hat etwas zu wünschen übrig gelassen (verlor dauerhaft viele Federn) ansonsten war alles okay. Terrasse wunderschön groß aber viel Potenzial zum verbessern !

Eine schön möblierte, gut aufgeteilte Wohnung in perfekter Lage. Strand, Innenstadt und Restaurants sind schnell zu erreichen. Für größere Kochaktionen weniger geeignet, es fehlt an einigen Basics und die Wohnung könnte insgesamt besser instand gehalten werden. Wir haben die Matratze als recht hart empfunden. Für ein paar Tage aber völlig okay.
