The apartment is located on the first floor of the building so there are not much steps to climb before entering.
Entering the apartment you will find yourself in a spacious hallway with space for your luggage and suitcases.
To the left is the master bedroom. At your disposal are:
• the queen-sized bed;
• storage space and night stands;
• extendable sofa bed for one.
Both through the bedroom and through the hallway you have access the common area- kitchen, living room and dining area, combined. Everything is fully renovated and new.
In the kitchen at your disposal are:
• fridge, oven, stoves;
• kitchen ware and cooking basics;
• electric kettle and toaster.
Dining area provides two comfortable couches placed against a flat screen TV and coffee table.
The bathroom is fully equipped – shower, toilet and washing sink.

• You are located very central so walking is an easy way to get around. A lot of public transport lines are passing by, so you can also chose this way.
• Please keep in mind that if you are traveling by car, parking on the streets is allowed but paid. There is a pre-paid parking lot across the street.

• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbours and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment like you found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! 🙂

I had a great time here, the hosts were helpful and the apartment was super clean. There are lots of restaurants nearby and it's only a 10-15 mimute walk from the center of Sofia. Some people complained about the tram noise but I didn't even notice it.
