Compact and functional apartment, few meters away from Cacao Beach! Prestige City offers all the perks that are needed for the perfect family stay – swimming pool, parking, restaurant, playground, Wi-Fi, TV and Air Conditioning!
The apartment has an amazing terrace with 4 chairs, table and summer umbrella. Great for evening drinks or a dinner. Access to the balcony from both bedroom and terrace.
Sleeping arrangements:
– 2 people in the common room (sofa bed), mostly suitable for children
– 2 adults in the en-suite Queen bedroom (has its own bathroom with shower cabin)
There is a separate toilet room for all guests. Fresh and clean towels and bed linen provided for all guests, as well as basic toiletries like soap, shampoo and toilet paper.

Very close to Cacao Beach with plenty of evening entertainment (clubs, discos and beach bars). Supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants in close vicinity to the apartment.
– Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
– Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
– Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay
– Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbours and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
– It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment like you found it – clean and tidy.
– Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency.
– SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! 🙂

Kamen place is in the quite zone, you can relax and enjoi, in a windy day you can even hear the sound of surf. Since, it is at the last floor, you may enjoy early tan right at your balcony. Nearby are fancy cocoa beach as well as public beach ⛱️ 10 minutes walk. All necessary utensils are in the kitchen. But if you are tired, there are some restaurants, pubs, mini cafeterias with food to go and small shops in close proximity. Public transportation is also quite close. The apartment is equipped with two air conditioners, in both rooms which is a great plus, but they are not working simultaneously, electricity fuses turn them off. Kamen place is very good
