• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.

Comms and descriptions were great, I was very comfy here. My only complaint was my wife and I were here for 40 days, and this place was not taken care of to a standard for such. A door frame which had previously come off was hanging, a floor-light had broken & was hanging by the wire, a skirting board at entry was visibly lying on the floor next to where it should be attached, the shower was not properly screwed in to wall (I fixed this myself). There were a few stains underneath the couch and the shower drain clogged very quickly from water (I resolved this myself). Overall, place and location is great, but the apartment itself could use extra love. For couple days to a week stay is fine as long as you highlight the issues you see, but for our 40 day stay I would not say enough care was taken. I do recommend, as like I said I was comfy there.
