Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Vasilena’s apartment! The location is perfect – right in the center of Sofia, close to great restaurants, shops, and public transport, which made it super easy to explore the city. The apartment itself was spotless, very well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It’s clear that Vasilena takes pride in her place – the decor was tasteful, the bed was comfortable, and all the amenities worked perfectly. Vasilena was also a fantastic host – friendly, responsive, and helpful with local recommendations. I truly felt welcomed and taken care of. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Sofia. I would definitely stay here again!

Great apartment, cozy and well equipped. It's fairly easy to find a parking spot on the street close to the building and it's free so that's a plus. The location is a bit on the outskirts of the city so I'm not sure that it'd work well if you visit without a car.
