The apartments is fully equipped with everything you might need. Just next to Vitosha Boulevard and a walking distance from the cult places in the city. Located in a communicative area with lots of entertainment nearby and all kinds of public transport available. Yet this gem is a peacful and quiet zone for an unbothered rest.
The apartment’s layout consists of one living room, two bedrooms, a separate kitchen, one bathroom with a WC, a separte WC, one big terrace.

The first bedroom is furnished with:

• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! 🙂

This flat is near restaurants, shops, tourist sites, not far from a Metro station--very well situated in Sofia. The pictures accurately show its spaciousness. And the property contact, Alex, was excellent--responsive, helpful and attentive to our needs. Thankfully, there are so many restaurants and food options nearby as the kitchen is not actually stocked for cooking, e.g., there are no cooking utensils (just one example). But overall, we did enjoy our stay.
