• AC on the wall with AC-Remote controller available;
• window curtains;
• terrace with oven and access to it.
The kitchen is equipped with:
• fridge, oven and stoves;
• microwave;
• washing machine;
• various kitchen utensils.
In the bathroom you will find a shower cabin, toilet and sink with a mirror.

• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbours and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.

Clean and cosy, has everything you might need even for a longer stay, terrace is rather small, but great for laundry drying. Excellent location.

A whimsical apartment walking distance to the sea garden, well decorated, and easy to find. Bed mattress was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay despite that the apartment is smaller than the impression one receives from the pictures. The building offers a separate lock, which doubles the sense of security.

The apartment looks like the photos is clean and has a lot of extra blankets and sheets, nice location and friendly neighbours. It is on the first floor so not a lot of privacy on the balcony often had people looking at me. however it is good for a short beach holiday
