• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through the platform only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU!

Данное жилье в Софии, очень понравилось,словно оно только-только, после ремонта или постройки. Всё абсолютно новое. Красивый холл в доме, недалеко от аэропорта, в двух шагах, буквально, торговый центр, там есть все необходимое, и продукты и одежда, сим карту покупали в тоже ТЦ. Все главные достопримечательности почти в пешей доступности, мы спокойный шагом всё обошли. Само жилье было в идеальной чистоте, есть всё необходимое для проживания. Великолепные виды на горы, из окон, которые освещают всю квартиру со всех строн. В теплую погоду, можно выйти на болкончик и попить кофе из кофеварки, которую любезно предоставляет хозяин вместе с кофе. Абсолютно рекомендую и благодарю за такую возможность, находясь в чужой стране чувствовать себя как дома.

Vasilena was very friendly and responsive all the time. The flat was nice and it looked exactly as the photos. The neighborhood is very quite. A very big commercial center (Mall Serdika) is less than 10 minutes away by walking. 5/5
