The apartments layout consists of one bedroom, a spacious living room and kitchen combined with access to balcony, and one bathroom.
In the living room there is:
• comfortable extendable sofa which can sleep 1;

• AC;
The kitchen is supplied with:
• fridge, oven and stoves;
• coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster;
• dishwasher;
• various kitchen utensils;
In the bedroom there is:
• a comfortable bed;
• night stand;
• wardrobe;
• access to the balcony.
The apartment is supplied with washing machine and dryer. The bathroom is equipped with shower, sink and toilet.
In the living room there is:

• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU!

Had a wonderful two weeks at this place. The place is in the second floor. The area is busy but not noisy. Pros: Close to everything in the center. Clean Warm Good Wi-Fi connection Complete kitchen equipments for a short/long stay Felt safe Responsive and friendly flat manager Easy and flexible check in and check out Quiet neighborhood Easy, near and lots of option for transportations Cons: Heating took a while Microwave was broken There’s a foul smell coming from the drainage in the bathroom Lift is broken (a bit difficult going up and down with a stroller)
