The house is located on two floors – the first floor consists of a spacious living room with dining area and kitchenette, toilet and veranda with a fabulous view. On the second floor there are two bedrooms and one bathroom with toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs.
The property has free access to two swimming pools. The parking lot, as well as the entire complex, are guarded 24 hours a day. Guests can visit all the restaurants in the complex, as well as the hotel’s SPA center, for an additional fee. There is also a private beach nearby, which can also be visited by our guests. The surrounding area is full of many other wonderful places for sunbathing and walking!

The guest house is located in a gated complex, a few kilometers from the town of Balchik – Lighthouse Golf & SPA Resort. It is known as one of the best golf courses, with numerous awards over the years. With its unique charm and beauty, this place will captivate you forever. A perfect place for play and peace.

• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU!
