A spacious apartment located in a residential complex with a large terrace offering sea views. The apartment features two generously sized bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a cozy living room. The complex includes several pools connected by "rivers," surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The apartment itself was nice and met our expectations, but it’s clear that the residential complex has seen better days. The surrounding area feels a bit neglected, which detracts from the overall experience. With some attention to maintenance and care for the neighborhood, this place could easily shine again.
