The 65 m2 apartment has a spacious living room with a hanging garden full of orchids, a cosy bedroom and a beautiful bathroom and kitchen. The bedroom has a queen bed (160x200cm) and the living room has a comfortable fold-out sofa (140x200cm). The two balconies face North and South. The flat has central heating and an air-conditioner so you will be comfortable in any season.
You will have a place to put your personal belongings and there is ample space to store bulky baggage such as strollers.

The whole apartment is at your disposal. I just ask that you only use the designated drawers and cabinets for storing your things.

Within a 1 to 5-minute walk from the apartment there are:
– Trams number 3, 8 and 10, which take you to the city center, the main shopping area and the central bus station;
– Busses number 60 and 74 which take you to the central bus station;
– Electrical busses number 1 and 5 which take you to the city center, shopping area and National Palace of Culture;
– Sofia Metro (underground), which takes you to the city center and airport.

The flat is located in one of the central residential areas of Sofia. There is quick access to public transportation, shopping places (including a 24 hour shop), bars and restaurants and the historical and cultural sites are within walking distance. There is an indoor pool and a water park right next to the building. The playground is visible from the living room balcony. An ATM and supermarket are less than 100 meters away too. The neighbours are quiet and friendly as long as the house rules are observed.
• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.

• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU!

Recommend! Cozy apartment in a socialist era building. Not as close to the center as we initially thought but the public transportation is ok. Bring your swimming cap! There is a geothermal heated pool with great opening hours really close. A ride in the elevator is an adventure by itself.

Great location. Really close to Billa supermarket and 5 min from sofia mall. 20 minutes walking from downtown. The space is really good and comfortable. The host was attentive. I completely recommend.
