This one bedroom apartment is equipped with everything you might need for a shorter or longer stay, for business or leisure.

The space consists of a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom and a balcony!

• dining area with a table and chairs for 4.
The kitchen is a separate room and is fully equipped with:

From the kitchen you have access to the balcony, where you will find a small table and two chairs.

• comfortable queen-size bed;
• huge wardrobe and plenty of drawers;
• desk in front of the window as an ideal work space;
• air conditioner.
The bathroom has a sink, a toilet and a walk-in shower with glass partition.

• 600m away from your door is the closest metro station – Serdika Station. It is also the most convenient one, as both M1 and M2 lines of the metro stop here.
The term “ideal center” doesn’t get any more ideal than that. You are located a few steps from the legendary Vitosha Boulevard. The area is lively, but safe and residential at the same time. You can find all within walking distance – shops, restaurants, cafes, etc.
• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! 🙂

We had an amazing stay at Ivan's place in Sofia. The location is perfect and surrounded by many restaurants and things to do and see in the city. The place was also clean and comfortable, especially the heating floors. Would recommend it anytime for anyone going to Sofia. 🙂
