From the kitchen you have access to the balcony, where you will find a small table and two chairs.
The bedroom boasts:
• comfortable queen-size bed;
• huge wardrobe and plenty of drawers;
• desk in front of the window as an ideal work space;
• air conditioner.
The bathroom has a sink, a toilet and a walk-in shower with glass partition.
• The apartment is supplied with bed linens, towels and hotel cosmetics.
• Apartment located on the 3rd floor – no elevator.
• Baby crib is available upon request.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.

Apartment was as in pictures. Very good location, yet peaceful. Kitchen was poorly supplied, all teflon pans were unusable as the coating was damaged (only metallic equipment to use). Knives were dull. Thankfully we got some replenishment from the host (new pan, cups, more toilet paper). Whole bathroom was flooding whenever the shower was used. Both shower head and toilet paper holders were detached. Wifi was working quite well. Balcony was small but nice. With a little tweaking, it would add a lot of comfort, but overall it was a very pleasant experience. Thank you!

We enjoyed our week-long stay. The apartment was very comfortable as was the bed. The apartment is nicely furnished and quite large. There's no shower curtain so the bathroom floor gets wet after showering. I found a sponge mop in a cupboard that worked well to dry the floor after showering. There's a shelf over the sink to store toiletries which was handy (bath gel was provided.) We had plenty of hot water for showering. The kitchen was adequate for our needs; a good sized refrigerator, a hard boiled egg steamer, a small mocha pot for coffee and a water kettle, knives, cutting boards. We didn't use the skillets because the Teflon was scratched There's a LIDL grocery store nearby. The apartment has a tiny balcony off the kitchen so that was a plus. Just 1 block off of the pedestrian Blvd so a bit noisy but it's a very convenient location. There is a luggage storage facility next door but we found it pricey for just a few hours so we kept our luggage with us until we could check in.

We had a great stay! The host was quick to respond to any questions. The house is located right next to the main boulevard of Sofia, filled with restaurants.
