The apartment’s layout consists of 1 bedroom, a common area (living room and kitchen combined), one balcony, and one bathroom.
The common area provides:
• comfortable sofa (extendable for 2 people)
• TV with cable channels

• exit to balcony
The kitchen is equipped with:
• dining area (kitchen table for 4)
• fridge, oven and stoves
• kettle, toaster and coffee machine (Dolce Gusto with capsules)
• microwave
The bedroom has:
• comfortable queen-sized bed
• small wardrobe
• window curtains
• mirror & AC
• night stands with lights and nearby sokets
• exit to balcony

• The apartment is supplied with bed linens,
bath towels, and hotel cosmetics. No beach or pool towels are provided.
• Apartment located on the 3rd floor, with an elevator or steps.
• Baby crib is available upon request, with an extra charge of 20€ / stay
• The apartment offers personal key handover. We’re available to welcome you at any time after 3 p.m. Please keep in mind that a 10 EUR fee applies for check-ins after 10 p.m.
• The pool has free access for our guests, but it’s seasonal. It is open from June until the end of September.
• The apartment is supplied with bed linens,
bath towels, and hotel cosmetics. No beach or pool towels are provided.

• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! ?

Всичко беше наред, комуникацията беше добра и бих повторила отново при следващо идване. Единствено банята се наводняваше при по-силно пусната вода, по-скоро излизаше навън и навсякъде ставаше мокро. Имах доста стресиран престой поради лични причини и нямах време да го споделя лично на собствениците, затова го пиша тук сега. Но както казах всичко останало беше страхотно! Благодаря!
