• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through the platform only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU!

Modern and comfortable studio! The cleanness is impeccable. Good location. Safe parking in the inner courtyard of the apartment complex. All communication was fast and effective. Strongly recommended if you visit Sofia.

Appartamento molto moderno e confortevole. Edificio nuovo ma quelli attorno abbastanza decadenti. Il centro è a circa 15 minuti a piedi, le prime strade non sono bellissime ma presto si arriva in una zona più carina. L'host è molto gentile, risponde in fretta e fornisce cortesemente informazioni quando richieste. Unica pecca dell'appartamento è la doccia aperta che allaga il bagno. Attenzione anche che nella descrizione c'è scritto che ci sono sale e olio che invece non erano presenti. Nel complesso sono stata contenta e consiglio di alloggiare qui.
