These are 2 identical studios, both consisted of bedroom area, dining area, kitchen area and separate bathroom.
In the studios you will find:

• wardrobe;

• Wi-Fi;
• dining area with a table and 2 chairs,
• AC,
The kitchen area is equipped with:
• microwave oven,
• coffee machine,
• washing machine,
• stoves,
• fridge

You will have access to two studios.

• The studios are supplied with bed linens, towels and hotel cosmetics.
• Baby crib is available upon request – 20EUR/stay

One parking spot included free of charge. Please inform us if you would like to use it, so we can prepare the access to it.
• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 11am. Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through the platform only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU!

Overall, it was an excellent stay in that newly built building! The location is good and easy to locate and access. The parking is a nice convenience as well. It was a very comfortable stay.

המיקום קרוב למרכז. הליכה של 18 דק. המנעול האלקטרוני הידית מאוד לא נוח, ננעל מספר פעמים והייתי צריך לחכות מחוץ לדלת עד שאפשר להכניס קוד לפתיחה אחרת לא ניתן להכנס לדירה. החניה נוחה, אבל לא קבלתי קוד יציאה דרך שער קטן כך שהייתי צריך לצאת כל פעם משער כניסה. בסך הכל מבחינת המיקום, והכסף עבור הלינה ממליץ.
