James Boucher subway station is a minute’s walk away. James Boucher is 2 stations away (European Union and National Palace of Culture) from Serdika Station – where Line 2 and Line 1 (linked to Sofia Airport) intersect.
Lozenets is a preferred residential area, close to the top central part of the city, Paradise shopping centre, South Park, the American Embassy and more. It is very communicative, yet calm and maintaining a relaxing green atmosphere.
• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! 🙂

Great host! I rented out this Airbnb for my mom’s visit in Sofia, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the host’s communication. The apartment is in a great location - very close to a park, the city center and subway station. It is clean and spacious. The building was generally quiet. The amenities could use a renovation as they are older, but they are in an acceptable condition. The biggest problem for us was the strong cigarette smell in the apartment that we immediately noticed upon arrival. Not sure what the host can do about it if guests were breaking the rules. Maybe this was a one off occurrence and with time, the smell will disappear…
