This special house built in 1872 and renovated, monument of culture and architecture, is ready to welcome you for your unforgettable vacation in Bansko. It is located in the historical center of the town an in the meantime, just a few min away from the gondola by car. The authentic interior will immerse you completely in the atmosphere of the city.
At your disposal are 4-bedrooms, 3- bathrooms, kitchen and living room.

The house is situated on 2 levels. The layout consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen and living room.
3 of he bedrooms are equipped with queen-sized beds.
The fourth has two separate beds.
Each bedroom is also equipped with storage area.
The kitchen has:
• a fridge and stoves;
• coffee machine and electric kettle;
• microwave;
• dining area;
The living room is furnished with:
• sitting area;
• Tv with cable channels;
All of the bathrooms provide toilet, washing sing and shower.

• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through the platform only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE HOUSE IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU!
