• The apartment is supplied with bed linens, towels and hotel cosmetics.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through the platform only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! ?

First of all, we booked two flats for six people and it spacious enough for us. The flats were both very clean, bedding and bathrooms were spotless. There was coffee available. The location is great, very close to Zhensky bazaar, the shop Billa is across thre road to buy groceries, and it is walkable distance from Serdika station and the city center. Communication was quick and easy with our host, we were all very happy with the stay. Only a couple things to improve: the freezer in the main flat needs to be defrosted as we could not use it at all, and the main door might need changing as its wood is partially broken around the lock.

Amazing location as it is right at the centre. very easy access to everything. Coffee shops, bakery, metro, tram, busses to name a few for convenience. Be warned as parking is a nightmare with this central location. we had 3 high energy kids who had to be controlled as the apartment is at 3 floor, yes get ready for a steep climb, lift was broken at the time (May 2025). Kamen is very responsive and vegan restaurant are walking distance (good 15-20min). Taxi to airport cost about 30-35 Lev, Woman's market about 5 min walk, central market about 1 min, Vita Rama, in my opinion the best vegan restaurant, is one M2 metro station away or 30 min walk. Flat itself is adequate as we stayed home for one whole day due to heavy rain and never felt bored.
