The flats are located next to Metrostation “Serdika”. Metro is connected to the Sofia Airport; Parking on the street is free between 7:30 pm – 8:30 am. In the day it’s possible for a maximum of 4 hours – 0.50 Euro/hour; Taxis in Sofia are really cheap;
Here you can feel the spirit of old Sofia, with the little streets and beautiful old buildings. The area is very safe and quiet and is in a walking distance from all the iconic places you should visit. You will find everything you need nearby – bakery, greengrocery, quiet cafe, nice resaurants.
• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through the platform only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! ?

loved our stay in Sofia. The apartments were perfect for 3 friends travelling together, and had everything you would need. The coffee machine and pods was a nice touch. I always judge a place on the comfiness of the beds and the power/temperature of the shower - here both were perfect. Located right in the city centre within walkable distance of the main sights and restaurants, but also nice and quiet at night. Couldn't find fault with anything. Communication with our host was really good, with excellent instructions for accessing the building, and really quick responses. Thank you so much

very nice place in the heart of Sofia, from here you can reach anywhefe in the city. we were worried if the appartments would fit all of us as we were a big group of 10, but it all worked out perfectly! amenities like kitchen and bathrooms/showeres are in good condition and there are plenty (3 in total) the host is also very responsive, kind and understanding. if we ever decide to travel to Sofia again, I defenitely know where we're staying 🙂
