Welcome to this Brand New Cozy apartment. Top location in the heart of the City Center. For culture lovers we are very close to Sofia Largo (ancient Roman ruins), churches, monuments galleries and city theaters. For food, or party lovers the apartment is right next to full of modern living area restaurants, bars and shops. “The Vitosha Boulevard” - the main pedestrian street in Sofia is right next as well. Perfect accesses to all transport links and routes.

*The apartment has 1 stylish double bedroom, 1 two single beds bedroom (easy to transform them in a second comfortable double bedroom as well), plus a decent size 1 single sofa bed (“vintage style soft velvet sofa”) in the living room.
*High quality of sleeping mattresses and high-quality bedroom sets for perfect sleep and comfortable rest. Very clean and bright. All rooms are equipped with air conditioners.

The Serdika metrostation is a 5 minute walk from the flat and the Metro is connected to the Sofia Airport; Parking on the street is free between 7:30pm – 8:30am. In the day it’s possible for a maximum of 2 hours – 1 Euro/hour; Taxis in Sofia are really cheap;
Exactly in the heart of Sofia, 3-4 minutes away from the main pedestrian zone – Vitosha blvd, the apartment is surrounded by museums, galleries, restaurants, bars and other places of interest the Capital has to offer. The Ivan Vazov National Theatre, The St. Alexander Nevski Cathedral, The Ancient Amphitheatre of Serdika, The Palace of Justice and many other sights are just minutes away by foot.
• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through the platform only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU!

Great location, family friendly. The lift fits only a small stroller though. Looked a bit more used than the photos, but generally we had a good experience. The instructions dont sepcify which door to open once on the floor. Take the one in the middle of the three.
