Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.

• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU!

Very nice apartment, clean and having everything you need for a comfortable stay, including with kids. Very close to the See garden in Varna where you can walk and do fun stuff. Highly recommended!

The apartment is in a great location, across from the Sea Garden, close to the central area and right next to a supermarket. It is beautifully decorated and very spacious for 4 adults. The host is very responsive and helpful. We especially enjoyed having a free parking spot (small but not unusual for our experience driving through Europe) and the washer and dryer with English instructions.
