Two bedroom, two bathroom, extremely cosy apartment with a great Vitosha mountain view. Located right next to South Park. Lovely and preferred area with lots of restaurants, shops and other perks. Fast connection to the other parts of the city, subway, trams. Renovated in 2019 and fully furnished and equipped to suit your needs for both short and long-term stays.

The space consists of common room with an open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. All the rooms have beautiful view of South Park and Vitosha mountain. There are three balconies – one attached to the master bedroom and two to the living room. It’s air conditioned and centrally heated.

• comfortable couch with 2 armchairs;
• coffee table;
• air conditioner;
• TV with cable;
• dining area with a table and 5 chairs;
• access to 2 balconies.
The kitchen is fully equipped with:
• fridge, oven and stoves;
• coffee machine and kettle;

• variety of glasses and kitchenware;
• dishwasher and washing machine.
The first bedroom boasts:

• small walk-in wardrobe;

There are two bathrooms: one with a walk-in shower and one with a bathtub.

• PLEASE, MAKE SURE TO LOCK THE FRONT DOOR ONLY ONCE AS STATED IN THE INSTRUCTIONS AND ON THE DOOR ITSELF. The lock is specific and if not following this rule, you might end up locking yourself outside the apartment.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• You will be asked to sign an online rental contract prior to your arrival.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! 🙂

Kapılarda lekeler vardı. Üst kat komşusunun yürüme sesi alt kata aşırı derecede geliyordu. Adansör 1. Kat kapısı bazen açılmıyordu. Fakat genel anlamda iyiydi. İlk gün bizim için bırakılan taze çiçekler mükemmel bir karşılamaydı.
