The layout consists of a spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen, one bedroom, a bathroom, a separate toilet and balcony with a nice city view.

The kitchen is equipped with:
• fridge, oven and stoves;
• coffee machine;
• dining table with chairs for 4.
The bedroom consists of:
• comfortable queen-size bed;
• wardrobe and a cabinet;
• air conditioner.
There is one bathroom with a shower, toilet and cupboards, and also a second separate toilet.
On the balcony, you can find a table with three chairs, where you can enjoy your morning coffee with a nice city view.

Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! 🙂

Бях в Пловдив за две седмици и се чувствах отлично в апартамента. Всичко беше точно както на снимките – чисто, уютно, с работещи електроуреди, достатъчно чинии, чаши и всичко необходимо за готвене. Голям бонус бяха двете просторни тераси. Кварталът е един от най-хубавите в града – спокоен и тих, а локацията е страхотна, точно в подножието на Бунарджика. Излизате от входа и веднага сте в парка, което е идеално за разходки. Освен това, на три минути пеша има денонощен супермаркет, което е много удобно. Апартаментът се управлява от агенция, като комуникацията с тях беше бърза и лесна – отзивчиви и винаги на разположение при нужда. Препоръчвам мястото както за краткосрочни, така и за дългосрочни престои – страхотно съотношение между цена и качество!
