• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbours and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.

Апартаментът беше чист и подреден и за цената си определено надмина очакванията ни. Локацията е чудесна особено ако сте турист, тъй като жилището е разположено в Капана. Може би беше една идея хладно, но и в двете стаи има конвектори. Имахме нужда да се настаним малко по-рано, попитахме дали е възможно и до няколко минути получихме отговор, че апартаментът е готов за настаняване, което ни направи много добро впечатление. Доволни сме от престоя си и при следващото ни посещение в Пловдив, отново бихме избрали Филипа.

Evin konumu tam Plovdiv merkezde mükemmel gerçekten. Old town a ve sadece birkaç dakika uzaklıkta. Ev oldukça kullanışlı ve temizdi. Evde ihtiyacınız olan her şey var. Flipa her konuda yardımcı oldu çok teşekkür ediyoruz ona. Plovdiv'e erken ulaştık Flipa odaya erken girmemize izin verdi. Plovdiv'e yeniden geldiğimde yine burda kalmak isterim.
