This apartment is ideal for a group of friends or a couple who doesn’t seek just for a place to sleep but want to enjoy their stay at a nicely designed and decorated space. It consists of spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. Not to forget the two balconies where you can have your morning coffee or a nice meal.

• TV with cable channels;
• air conditioner;
• dining area with a table and chairs for 4;
• access to the balcony.
The kitchen is part of the living room and is fully equipped. It provides:

• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication. Please, keep in mind that there is a late check-in fee of 10 euro for check-ins after 10 pm.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.

• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbours and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment like you found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You can request our 24/7 emergency number from the Meet & Greet person.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! 🙂

The flat is near old town, 15 minutes by foot. Is located in a quiet area. The garage is not so small for a big car. We managed to park our car (Audi A6 Avant) into it. We enjoyed our stay in Plovdiv.
