We would like to welcome you to our studio in the heart of the beautiful city of Plovdiv. Time is precious and we believe it is important to spent it travelling. This is just the perfect starting point to explore our historical city - you are at the hot spot of the famous Kapana area.

The studio is fully equipped with everything you need. There is a living room area with a comfortable sofa and a coffee table. Flat screen TV and fast WiFi are available at your disposal. The kitchen area is equipped with an oven, a fridge, a waffle maker, kettle and a coffee maker.
The bedroom are provides a queen sized bed for your comfortable sleep. There is a dining area with a nice city view.
The bathroom is downstairs – fully equipped with a washing sink, shower and WC.

You will have access to the whole studio.
Me and my co-hosts are available before, during and after your stay.
Getting around the city is easy if you do it by foot – everything you will want to visit is just a couple of minutes walking distance away.
Please note that parking in the area is only for those living here so please be aware of that if you are travelling by car. There is a paid parking very close by to the apartment where you can park your vehicle.

You are at the hot spot of the beautiful Kapana area – the most colorful place in Plovdiv with plenty of delicious restaurants, cozy bars, art galleries and shops hull of hand made stuff.
– Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
– Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
– Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
– Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
– It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment like you found it – clean and tidy.
– Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency.
– SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! 🙂
