Keep it simple and have a cozy experience at this peaceful and centrally-located place in the heart of Sofia. Artistically designed in Boho style, this studio is perfect for your tranquil getaway. Situated in the city center, the flat is just one foot away from all kind of urban activities- bars, restaurants & shops. Book, grab a coffee and enjoy the sky view while sitting on the cozy boho swing!
The space layout consists of one common room with a bedroom area, open plan-kitchen, seating area and a bathroom.
!!! Please note that entering the apartment, you will find yourself in the Boho bathroom. It’s separated with a curtain from the hallway and is part of the uniqueness of the apartment 🙂
The living room features:
• a comfortable Boho hanging swing;
• flat-screen TV with cable channels;
• AC;
• extendable cozy dining table with 2 chairs.
The open-plan kitchen is fully-equipped with:
• stoves;
• coffee machine – Dolche gusto;
• electric kettle;
• mini fridge;
• kitchen utensils and supplies;
• washing machine – BOSCH.
The bedroom area consists of:
• one small double bed;
• night lamp;
• iron board;
• drying rack for clothes;
• small wardrobe.
The bathroom is clean and provides a shower, toilet and a washing sink with a mirror.

Located on “San Stefano” street, you’ll be one foot away from the Doctors’ Garden, the National Assembly, Alexander Nevsky Cathedral and all kind of urban activities nearby.
– Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
– Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
– Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
– Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
– It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment like you found it – clean and tidy.
– Communication should go through the platform only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
– SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! 🙂

The place was with easy access to many attractions, restaurants, and in a central area. But if you’re tall is hard have shower and the bed is quite of in a weird place.

Stayed at the place for couple of weeks. Excellent location with in walking distance of all sights in a beautiful part of Sofia. 2 min walks from various public transport. Loads of nice places to eat and drink. Supermarket handy. Host responds quickly and promptly. Will recommend for single travellers or young couple.
