Welcome to our cozy studio just in the heart of Sofia! You will definitely notice the artistic touch in it - beautifully decorated with amazing pieces of art both furniture and paintings.
This place is everything but common - you will notice it has a unique touch in everything that composes the apartment.
You are also located at the very center of the city and a couple of minutes walking distance from all the city sights.
Strong Wi-Fi connection is covering the entire property.
The space is disinfected according to the Flat Manager Sanitary Standards.

The space of the studio consists of a sitting area, a kitchen, a bedroom area and a bathroom.
The sitting area features:
• extendable sofa that can sleep 2;
• coffee table;
• stool;
• TV with cable channels;
• a lot of decoration and paintings.
The kitchen is equipped with:
• fridge, oven and stoves;
• coffee machine and kettle;
• dishwasher and washing machine;
• glass table with chairs for 4.
The bathroom is also fully equipped. We wanted to make an impression so you never forget this spot – you will see what we are talking about when it comes to the shower cabin. Enjoy your romantic stay with your loved one.
The bedroom area is located on the upper floor. There are two ACs available to you to adjust the perfect temperature for you.

• Walking is an easy way to get around the city in this area.
• Please have in mind, if you are traveling by car, parking on the streets is allowed but paid and you can’t park for more than 4 hours. So we suggest you use the public transport instead.

You are located at a top location – central downtown area and everything you need is just a hand away. The presidential office, the Largo, the National Theater and the National Gallery are just a couple of minute walking distance away.
• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! 🙂
