The layout of the first floor consists of a living room with a dining area, an open-plan kitchen, a toilet and a balcony. On the second floor there are one bedroom and a bathroom.

• extendable sofa, that can sleep 2;

• air conditioner;
• dining table with chairs for 4;
• access to a balcony with a table and two chairs.
The kitchen is equipped with:
• fridge, oven and stoves;
• coffee machine and kettle;
• washing machine;
• various kitchen utensils.
The bedroom provides:
• comfortable double bed;
• wardrobe;
• cupboards;
• room-darkening shades.
The bathroom has a bath tube with shower, sink with a mirror and a toilet. There is a separate toilet on the first floor of the apartment.

Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.

Very close to the beach, parks, transport... Perfect location if you want to be close to the city, but also be way calmer, recommended.

This is a beautiful place to stay, walking distance from a great park and the beach. You can also reach nearby beaches easily with a car. Has great groceries stores and access to the city center is quick by car or taxi (taxis are also very reasonably priced and the address is easy to find). It is a beautiful home with all necessary amenities. Most of all I am extremely happy that it is entirely pet-friendly. We visited with a dog and a kitten. Thank you for the great stay!
