Located in a breathtaking residential building, next to the “St. George” Rotunda, this spacious two bedroom apartment will provide you with comfort and peace during your stay. The layout consists of: corridor, living room and kitchen combined, two entirely private bedrooms, bathroom and WC.
Entering the apartment, you’ll find yourself in a corridor with plenty of storage space and a couple of full-length mirrors.
The common area separates between:
• lounge;
• dining table for four;
• fully equipped kitchen – fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher, cooking basics, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, hot water kettle and more.
You will also find a laundry room with:
• washing machine;
• iron and ironing board;
• vacuum cleaner and other cleaning utensils.
The common area is air conditioned.
Bedroom One is decided in classical monochrome shades. It consists of:
• queen size bed;
• big wardrobe, chest of drawers;
• full length mirror and chic decorations;
• windows can be fully blinded.
Bedroom Two is bright and sunny – decided in milky greys with yellow accents. It consists of:
• queen size bed;
• big wardrobe and chest of drawers;
• air conditioner;
• windows can be fully blinded.
Bathroom and WC are separate for full convenience and comfort.

You’ll be suited in the most prestigious builiding on the best street in Sofia – Saborna with all the luxury boutiques on the ground floor.
• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbours and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment like you found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! 🙂
