Ideal for those who look for something convenient and modern for their summer vacation in Varna.
Just built and furnished in 2019, brand new private building and apartment in the small streets of Varna city, 5 mins walking to all major points of interest – Sea Garden, Beach, Palace of Sports and Culture, Downtown.
The space includes:
*Living room with comfy sofa bed that can sleep additional 2 people, coffee tables, big TV, Air Conditioning.
*Kitchen. The apartment’s highlight in terms of design – combining classic style and contemporary appliances. Fully-equipped – fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, coffee machine, kitchenware. Beautiful dining table for 4.
*Lovely terrace with 2 chairs and table (access from common room).
*Two Queen bedrooms (sleep 2 each). Large and comfy beds, nightstands, night-lamps, wardrobes and mirrors available. Check around for iron, ironing board and hairdryer. Fresh and clean towels and bed-linen provided.
*Bathroom with shower, toilet and boiler. Free basic toiletries on the house.

– Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication. – Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbours and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events. – It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment like you found it – clean and tidy. – Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. – SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! Perfect apartment in any sense. Location is close to the Sea Garden and Varna downtown. Very walkable neighborhood. Beautiful apartment with any amenity one can possibly need. Very clean and well maintained. The management company was very responsive. Great stay in an amazing city!

L’appartement est grand, agréable et confortable. L’emplacement est paisible et central. Le centre de la ville est à 10min à pied tout comme la plage. Nous étions en famille et nous recommandons cet appartement.

Das Appartement ist sehr neu und sieht genauso wie auf den Bildern aus. In der direkten Nähe sind mehrere Supermärkte. Das Appatmemt und Gebäude macht auch einen sehr sicheren Eindruck. Der Strand und die Innenstadt sind fußläufig 15 min entfernt. Es hat uns super gut gefallen. Der Boden der Wohnung war allerdings nicht sehr sauber. Leider war kein Wischer vorhanden und vom Staubsauger fehlte der Aufsatz.
