Situated at a 20min walk from the very center of Sofia, our brand new compact 1BD apartment is equipped with everything you may need for a short vacation or longer stay.
The flat was designed for functionality and comfort: air conditioning in both rooms, fully equipped kitchen, balcony and cable TV.
The nearest metro station is a 7min walk away and the train will take you straight to Sofia Airport. One of the biggest shopping malls in the city is also around the corner.

The apartment is situated on the 4th floor of a new and secure residential building in the Western part of downtown Sofia. It is small, which is why we hired a group of interior designers who turned it into a multifunctional BnB, offering all the amenities of a hotel room.
The bedroom is separated from the living room with tinted glass doors. Here you will find:
• а queen-size bed;
• a small wardrobe and cupboards;
There are 3 main parts of the living room:
• comfortable sofa bed;
• dining area for 3;
• a fully-equipped open plan kitchen.
You also have access to a balcony, where you can enjoy your early morning coffee.
Тhe two ACs and the local heating controlled by modern electronic devices will adjust the right temperature.
The bathroom and shower are brand new, sleek and clean.

Getting around is easy – the metro (a 7min walk away) will take you to Sofia Airport or the Central Railway station. If you want to explore the city center, you can have a stroll on one of the city’s largest boulevards for about 20min and you will reach the very center of Sofia, where the city tours begin.
The neighbourhood is conveniently located next to the heart of the city. It houses Sofia’s first (and one of the best) shopping malls.
• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication. Please, keep in mind that there is a late check-in fee of 10 euro for check-ins after 10 pm.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbours and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment like you found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You can request our 24/7 emergency number from the Meet & Greet person.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! 🙂

Great place, and very responsive communication. Place is small, but is enough for 1-2 people. the building is new and the apartment is very modern, there were also some cooking supplies (Olive oil, salt .. etc) which I assume were leftover from previous tenants which are always welcome. The only issue I had was that the instructions were a bit outdated and it says to try to use a physical key to get through the second door but actually you just needed to use the "fob key" that comes in the keychain to unlock the gate and the door. During my stay, the internet provider had a technical issue (nothing to do with the apartment) and when I contacted Ayten, I got provided with a mobile hotspot, honestly amazing service. location is great, metro is close and there is a tram as well, there is a couple of nearby grocery stores and some restaurants too.

Напълно отговаря на описанието. Малък, но уютен, чист, напълно обзаведен и удобен апартамент за сам или двойка. Любезен , отзивчив, реактивен и полезен домакин. Чудесна локация и голям паркинг ( зелена зона) за хората с коли на 50м. Тих квартал, незабележими съседи, подходящо място за дискретни срещи и горещи нощи.На 15м. от центъра, отлична комуникативност, МОЛ на 10 мин. , китайски рест. на ъгъла, пазар Д.Петков на 5 мин. Ще ползвам пак!
