Just built and furnished in 2019, brand new private building and apartment in the small streets of Varna city, 5 mins walking to all major points of interest – Sea Garden, Beach, Palace of Sports and Culture, Downtown.
The space includes:
*Living room with comfy sofa bed (extends and sleeps comfortably 2 people), coffee table, big TV, Air Conditioning.
*Kitchen. The apartment’s highlight in terms of design – combining classic style and contemporary appliances. Fully-equipped – fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, coffee machine, kitchenware. Beautiful dining table for 4.
*Lovely terrace with 2 chairs and table (access from common room).
*Queen bedroom. Large and comfy bed, nightstands, night-lamps, wardrobe and mirror available. Check around for iron, ironing board and hairdryer. Fresh and clean towels and bed-linen provided.
*Bathroom with shower, toilet and boiler. Free basic toiletries on the house.

– Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication. – Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events. – It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment like you found it – clean and tidy. – Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. – SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! Tres bel appartement tres proche du centre et de la plage qui est géré par une agence. Nous le recommandons vivement. Le quartier est gratuit pour garer la voiture. Seul bémol, le lit n'est pas un grand matelas mais 2 matelas 1 place. (Ils sont tres confortables)

We rented Plamka’s apartment in the summer and had a great experience during our stay. The place is very clean and with great interior. The location is at the top centre of the city and 5 minutes from the sea garden. The staff was great - very polite and with quick response. We really felt like we are home. We highly recommend this place for best experience in Varna.

Internet was on and off couple of times, but was sorted. To find a parking space is very difficult unfortunately.. other than that everything was good
